Each ticket holder will receive three drinks and a commemorative wooden event coaster.

Event Arrival and Departure
All guests will park and check in at the Tennessee Whiskey Trailhead, located at 133 Lynchburg Highway, Lynchburg, TN. Buses will depart from the Trailhead parking lot at 4:45 PM to transport attendees to BBQ Hill for the main event. Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and boarding.
As a special thank-you, sponsors are invited to an exclusive VIP party before the main event, hosted by the South Central Tennessee Tourism Association and Tennessee Whiskey Trailhead. The VIP gathering begins at 3:30 PM at the Trailhead and will feature light refreshments, door prizes, and live music.
At 4:45 PM, VIP guests will board buses alongside all attendees for transportation to BBQ Hill.
Sponsors will also receive a premium Tennessee Whiskey Trailhead welcome kit, which includes a pre-stamped Tennessee Whiskey Passport for the Trailhead and Jack Daniel Distillery, commemorative poker chips from both Jack Daniel’s and Trailhead, and a $10 gift card to use at the Trailhead gift shop.
